Make Jewelry from Junk

Materials Needed:

• Shiny junk mail
• Toothpicks
• Scissors
• String
• White glue

Directions:

Cut junk mail paper into thin strips. Apply a light coat of glue to paper strip and then wrap the paper tightly around a toothpick to form a bead shape. Remove toothpick.

Let beads dry completely. String beads to form a bracelet, necklace, or whatever you like. You can tie a knot to finish your jewelry or use fasteners from a craft store.
